WHAT DID SOME OF THE DELEGATES SAY ABOUT THE IMUN CAMP?
It was the best experience i have had in my life. It made me more aware of what goes around in the world and helped me understand other cultures and beliefs … Plus it was fun!
The IMUN camp was a commendable experience and it has left an indelible impression in my mind. It was indeed unique to be in a country which was rich in culture and diversity.I was glad to be part of such meaningful workshops which were an attempt to create global citizens. It has made me a globally literate person and has enhanced my confidence as well.I am grateful to the organization for showing their benevolence. overall it was highly beneficial and i look forward to it in future as well.
IMUN Conference was very interesting indeed. I thought it gave the students enough platform to communicate in public and resolve issues as the world leaders would. Communicating, negotiating and making agreements with their foreign counterparts have made them a bunch of more confident people. Thank you (in fact read it as a very big thanks) to all facilitators and Mr. Guy Djoken to have made this possible for one and all.
I learned that each culture has different beliefs and that not all stereotypes are true.
College application workshop was something very useful for me!! Since I want to do aeronautical engineering, I thought that it would be wise to do it here in the United States as there are many colleges and universities that offer this field of study. I also learned what I should consider when I am applying to these colleges.
It was enlightening and fun!!
The IMUN conference topics were perfectly fitting at moments when the discussions would get heated which I loved because it would bring more delegates into the conversation which made the debate even more interesting. In my overall opinion, I felt that this camp was a huge success. I just wish we could all stay in the same country and learn more about each other.
